Last week along with Stephen O’Brien MP, Shadow Health Minister I visited the Royal Bolton Hospital where we met with the Hospitals Chief Executive, David Fillingham.
We toured the stroke unit, something that is very close to my heart, and where I have a real personal interest after my Father had a severe stroke.
We then went on to visit the childrens ward where this picture was taken of myself, Stephen and young Bailey who was due to go home the following day.
I have just taken delivery of my Annual Report leaflet. The Annual Report gives a small snapshot of what I, and the team have been doing over the last 12 months in Bolton North East.
Over the next couple of weeks it will be distributed through every door in the constituency, thats about 40,000 households, not an easy task but I have a team of dedicated people who will pull all the stops out to get it done.
