The title are the words of Winston Churchill.    Who can argue with that saying.   For far too long it appears we have felt ashamed to be English and to be proud of that fact.   Today St Georges Day is the perfect day to remind everyone  who is English to fly the flag of St George, surely we can celebrate our National Day, like others do.
